TRL Consulting privacy notice

TRL Consulting (“TRL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) uses personal information to respond to inquiries, operate this website, protect the website from misuse, and maintain appropriate business records. This notice explains the information handled through trlconsulting.org.

Information you provide

When you request a working session, the website asks for:

• your name and email address;
• your phone number, if you choose to provide it;
• your company or organization, if you choose to provide it; and
• the message you submit and information identifying where the inquiry originated on the website.

Technical information

When you submit the form, the website also records limited technical information, including your IP address, browser or device user-agent information, submission time, and information used to detect abuse. The hosting and security services used for the production website may also process ordinary request and security logs.

How we use the information

We use this information to:

• respond to your inquiry and arrange a working session;
• keep an operational record of the inquiry and our response;
• protect the website and form from spam, abuse, and security threats; and
• meet legal, accounting, dispute-resolution, and business-continuity requirements.

Submitting this form does not subscribe you to a newsletter or marketing list. We do not sell the information submitted through the form.

How long we keep it

TRL retains inquiry records for five years from the date of submission, unless a longer period is required by law, an active contract, or a documented legal hold. At the end of the applicable period, the records are deleted or securely disposed of according to TRL’s approved retention process.

Service providers and disclosures

Authorized TRL personnel and service providers supporting website hosting, security, email delivery, data storage, and maintenance may process the information only for those operational purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

The approved production website is intended to use Cloudflare services. The final production notice will identify material providers, processing locations, and transfer safeguards after Infrastructure and Legal/Privacy confirm the deployed architecture.

Your choices and requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to or correction or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. These rights can be subject to legal exceptions and identity verification.
